Threadfetti accepts customer-provided items for custom embroidery, with the exception of heirloom or irreplaceable items.
Process: Add to your cart the type of item you will be bringing to Melissa for embroidery, and enter the details in the personalization questions. Remember you must provide the item(s) to be embroidered. After receiving your order, Melissa will reach out to you to coordinate drop-off of your item(s) for embroidery.
Turnaround Time: Review the current turnaround time at the top of the website. If you need a rush order, you may add a $15.00 rush fee below and your order will be completed within 3 business days of dropping off your item.
Pricing Info: This is base pricing for personalization only when items are provided by customer (pricing does not include applique - additional fees for applique designs.)
